Art started officiating high school football in Syracuse, New York in 1970. Art has officiated in Maryland. Washington DC, Indianapolis, Columbus Ohio, Charlotte North Carolina and Fort Wayne Indiana. As a member of the Northeastern Indiana Athletic Officials Association, he has conducted officiating training classes for the past five years and is in the process of implementing a class for 2010.

Art is Director Of Officials for the IFL with 2010 being his forth year in this capacity. He is responsible to the league to recruit, train and assign officials for all IFL games. Art’s resume also includes NAFL and NWFA assignments.
